What we are

Trash Panda Roller Derby was born from a desire to bring derby to those who crave a simple, no nonsense, form of the sport. Whether you’re a newbie who’s never skated before or a grizzled vet with years under your belt we want you to find a place in the dumpster with us. As long as you’re a dues paying member, have passed the minimum skills necessary for everyone’s safety and are in good standing in the league you will play in our “Black and White” bouts. Teams are to be selected for each game on a lottery basis so you’re always set to hit the track with a new mix of league mates. No muss, no fuss. Just playin’ clean and stayin’ trashy.

Recently relocated to the St. Louis area, we are currently scouting out rinks to establish a home base. Our experience is primarily of the fast paced USARS variety with a bit of the WFTDA/MRDA rulesets thrown in. Our owner has played and ref’d at the USARS Nationals along with having held leadership and ownership roles with one of the largest leagues in the nation.

While we envision creating a league for everyone that wishes to play if there is sufficient interest we may create a squad for those with a highly competitive drive to square up against other teams and possibly attend Nationals.
